Michael worked in the Financial Services industry spending the majority of his career at Morgan Stanley, both in their New York and London offices. He recently retired after 28 years at the Firm, serving as the Global Co-Head of Fixed Income Sales and Trading Division. Michael was a member of Morgan Stanley's Firm Operating Committee and Firm Management Committee. He was also a member of the Firm Risk Management Committee, responsible for oversight of the complex risks of the company.
Michael's board skills include his experience in risk management, including market, operational, and franchise risks. Additionally, he has extensive capital markets experience, having advised corporations on multi-currency debt offerings, IPOs, and exchanges. Michael meets QFE standards as a Financial Expert.
Michael attended Lafayette College and in 1986 received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in International Business. He received his Executive MBA in Finance at the Stern School of Business at New York University.
Michael currently serves on the Board of Legal and General Investment Management America as well as serving on Lafayette College's Board of Trustees.
